OUR STORY
Welcome to Cedar Creek Farm. Founded by Ashley and Rob in 2025, our farm was built on a shared passion for animals and a vision of creating a life centered around their care and well-being. What began as a dream has grown into a thoughtfully developed breeding program and a home dedicated to responsible animal stewardship.
Our journey into dog breeding began when we were given the opportunity to continue the work of a trusted family friend who specialized in American Kennel Club Registered Cavalier King Charles Spaniels. From there, we expanded our program to focus on Cavapoo puppies and AKC-registered Miniature Poodles. With over six years of combined experience, we are committed to raising puppies that are healthy, well-socialized, and nurtured in a loving environment. Our dams are American Kennel Club registered and are not only exceptional in quality but also devoted, attentive mothers. We take pride in producing F1 and F1B Cavapoo puppies that reflect the highest standards of temperament, health, and companionship.
Beyond our breeding program, Cedar Creek Farm is a reflection of our deep-rooted passion for the equestrian lifestyle. Our farm is home to several horses, a miniature donkey, and a sheepdog, all of which are an integral part of our daily lives. Ashley brings over 28 years of equestrian experience, having ridden both recreationally and competitively, while Rob has spent more than a decade riding and driving horses. Together, we embrace a lifestyle that values horsemanship, dedication, and a genuine connection to the land and animals we care for.

THE FARM
Cedar Creek Farm was proudly purchased in December of 2024, marking the beginning of an exciting new chapter for our family. The original farmhouse, built in 1860 by the Parker family, carries a rich history that has been thoughtfully preserved thorough generations. In years later the property was owned by the Grandy family, whose legacy left a lasting impression on the land and its purpose.
We were fortunate to form a close friendship with the family’s final owner, who shared meaningful stores of his father’s work breeding Springer Spaniels and operating a cedar business on the property. These traditions deeply inspired us, and in many ways, our journey has come full-circle-honoring the past while building something new.
Since acquiring the farm, we have been committed to both preserving its historic character and modernizing the property. Ongoing and planned renovations include restoring the farmhouse, improving agriculture buildings and enhancing the land to support a sustainable and functional farm life.
By naming our business after the cedar legacy that once thrived here, we are proud to carry forward the history of this special place and enjoy the animals and the land we cherish!
